ORDER GUIDE

1. Inquiry - Receive a professional quotation.
2. Confirm pricing, lead times, artwork, payment terms, etc.
3. Our Hantechn sales team sends a Proforma Invoice, complete with our seal.
4. The customer makes a deposit payment and sends us the bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage - We notify clients upon receiving payment. Samples are created per your request, with photos or samples sent for your approval. Upon approval, we arrange production and provide an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production - Photos of the production line are shared, allowing you to see your products. Estimated delivery time is confirmed once more.
7. End Production - Final mass production product photos and samples are sent for approval. Third-party inspection can also be arranged.
8. Clients finalize payment for the remaining balance, and Hantechn ships the goods. We also accept payment terms of balance against B/L Copy or L/C payment terms. Tracking numbers and status updates are provided for clients.
9. The order is deemed 'complete' when you receive the goods and are satisfied with them.
10. Provide feedback to Hantechn regarding quality, service, market reception, and suggestions for improvement. We always strive to excel.
11. We provide spare parts at no cost to compensate for any defective or broken parts in your next order.
